Complete Sourcing Service – Refund Policy

At Home Jobera, we are committed to providing excellent services and ensuring your satisfaction. For our Complete Sourcing Service, we have specific refund policies in place. Additionally, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for most purchases as part of our general refund policy. Please find the details for both the Complete Sourcing Service and our broader refund policy below:

1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial payment. This refund guarantee applies to almost any situation, provided that no attempts have been made to download, rip, mirror, or copy content from our members’ area for offline use or resale. Any client found doing so will forfeit the right to a refund.

For products with recurring billing, this 30-day refund policy only applies to the first month of your membership. After that, your account will be automatically rebilled every month.

Please note that if you repeatedly purchase and refund our products within a specific period, we reserve the right to blocklist you from future purchases to prevent abuse of our refund policy. We will notify you in advance if this action is taken.

2. Complete Sourcing Service Refund Policy
For the Complete Sourcing Service, Home Jobera offers the following refund structure:

Full refunds may be requested in writing and must be received within 12 days of purchasing the Complete Sourcing Service, as long as Home Jobera has not yet commenced the Product Sourcing phase.

• • • Partial Refunds:

Once the Product Sourcing phase begins, refunds will be calculated based on the progress of the service, as outlined below:

Validation 100% for one validation (90% after 14 days), 80% after two validations
Sourcing 50%
Sampling 40%
Negotiation 30%

• • • Refund Request Deadline:
      No refunds will be provided after 120 days from the purchase date of the Complete Sourcing Service. Refund requests must be made within this 120-day window to be considered.

3. Agreement to Terms
Before purchasing Home Jobera’s Complete Sourcing Service or any other products, the client must agree to these terms.
